Video File

If you need to import video to your creative, click on "Video" button in the toolbar.

When uploading videos, you can drag them from a folder or use the "Select files" button.

Madyourself lets you to use rich-media files within your creatives. You can import video files such as .mov, .avi, .wmv and .mp4 

You can update your video at any moment by clicking on the "Update Video File".

The Poster Image is the image that appears when your video is uploading on your ad.

Choose "Autoplay" if you want your video plays automatically.
Choose if you want your video plays infinitely or not by activating the Loop.

The controller option helps you definite the Play and Sound button of the position and color on the video. 

Youtube Video

To add Youtube video, you have to click on the "Youtube" button in the ToolBar.

The Youtube Video Element will appear on the editor and a Youtube Video Layer on the Timeline.

Once you have clicked on the layer or the video element, you can:

  • Change the height or width size
  • Manage the position of the element
  • Control the opacity: 0 to 1 (0 is transparent, 1 is opaque.)
  • Rotate the shape
  • Scale X:  Increases or decreases the size of an element (according to the parameters given for height).
  • Scale Y:  Increases or decreases the size of an element (according to the parameters given for width).

Simply put the ID of your Youtube Video on the options settings to integrate your video.

How to find the Youtube Video ID? It's simple, it's the ID at the end of your youtube link. For example, for this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-hifdlCLH4
>> the ID is r-hifdlCLH4

Once the video is availabe on your Editor. You are able to activate or not the controls to make the play and mute button show up on the video. Choose "Autoplay" if you want your video plays automatically.

You can't play your video on the editor because it's just a view to manage elements. If you want to play your video and see the final version of your ad, just click on the preview button.
